Our process

It is important you have the end use in mind before we create your images, such as website, publications, annual reports, print ads, etc. Your portraits should be an integral part of your branding and style and should match your marketing objectives.
On-site Corporate Headshots, Executive Portraits, Small Business Headshots

We arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled session to set up.  Sessions can be very brief or as long as you wish to ensure your desired results. Typically, individuals will spend no more than 5-7 minutes in front of the camera and in choosing the image they like best. There is no limit to the number of frames we capture for each individual. A sitting is complete when we are confident we have produced an excellent image.

We have a variety of backgrounds (from traditional to contemporary) from which to choose. We can also customize the background setting to suit your needs and objectives. We have the knowledge and skills to utilize your company surroundings to create an image reflecting your executive persona and environment.

We can arrange for immediate review of the images captured or post them online, usually within 24 hours.

Individual headshots for Real Estate Professionals, Brokers, Small Business owners, Business Coaches, Authors, etc.

Your sitting will typically last 15-30 minutes for the entire process depending on your needs and how fast we obtain your desired results. More time is allotted if necessary. Come ready to be photographed and bring any clothing changes you’d like. You will have the opportunity to select your image(s) immediately after your session and place your order. Your chosen image(s) will be fully retouched and delivered to you within 72 hours. Same day turn-around is available if required and our schedule permits.

Actor, musician, social media, online dating site headshots etc.

Arrive in the first outfit we will be photographing. Bring plenty of clothing for multiple looks. Follow the guidelines on our retouching and suggestions page. Most importantly, relax and enjoy the session.
